View Full Version : How Many Times Does the Media Have to Lie

For "us" to finally recognize they are NOT legitimate or trustworthy or factual or unbiased.

So how many times must they lie and obfuscate and spin and ignore before you see them for what they are, and what THEY ARE NOT - and that's facts and news.

So what else have they lied to you about?

Any idea how long this has been going on?

Ever watch those old 50's newscasts? How about all the old ones pushing fear and war and patriotic nationalism pre-WW2.

They think we are all a big joke, that we'll never see it. That mankind will always be able to be hypnotized by rapidly spinning lights, clever divisive and mind-numbing dialogue, emotional music. Commercials should show you that, OPEN YOUR EYES.

What else did they lie to you about?

I'm sure this will get banished over but this is important for people to see the huge force that has closed the minds of so many, even here.

So when you wonder "how are those people so dumb"...... exactly

How many ?? Until they have brainwashed as many millions of people as possible.

This is not a fight between Ron Paul and Giiuliani, or Ron Paul vs McCain.. This is a fight of what Ron Paul stands for vs Everyone (ie the establishment, other candidates who are bought by the establishment, media, government, brainwashed citizens, everything)

I think everyone here knows the MSM is a propoganda machine. We need to expose this fact to the general public.

Is their any site that compiles all the lies deceptions and distortions that the media has pulled on RP? Every time I try to explain to someone about how the media is misleading, trying to manipulate and even censoring Paul, the person I am talking to just gives me the ol' conspiracy look.

The masses just don't see it and refuse to think that a dishonest media even exists...at least with the masses that I speak with....

I need some ammo to send out....only stuff that has crystal clear signs of lies, manipulation and deception. There are still way to many out there that say "they (the media) say he can't win" , "he has no chance" , " the media doesn't even cover him", and all this kind of same old sh** without ever trying to critically think as to WHY that might be the case.....when I try and explain....I'm immediately labeled a conspiracy theorist - which is the last thing that I am.

What to do? How to argue this? How to convince these sheeps that very well may otherwise give Paul their support because they do like what they have heard in some of the debates? Any advice? I don't want to just give up on these people.

Who do you think labeled "conspiracies" as loony?

Cui Bono?

Just the fact that each media outlet pretty much says the exact same thing is by itself a conspiracy. Not even getting into the ownership.

The thing to do is blow this stuff open, prove their lies.

You can start by asking them where were the WMD's in Iraq.

It's for simpletons but easy to prove they sold the big lie based on fraudulent reports to push a war that is still killing people right now.

as long as it takes to have to go into hiding like their buddy baghdad bob who was there until the troops were rolling to the studio.

the term conspiracy theorist now really means "we don't like what you have to say and the questions asked"

Great way to devalidate with two words. Makes you wonder how two words like "conspiracy theorist" instantly makes people stop listening to the questions.

if you're afraid the truth is going to get you labelled crazy then they already won

I realize its hard and yeah often people dismiss outright every statement you make if they think you're crazy....

if you want to prove the Paul thing just look how how much less debate time he got, look up the Russert interview on meet the press, look up glen becks "ron paul supporters are dangerous" clip,,,,they always say he has no chance or that we are crazy fanatics, how when we win online polls we smash everyone they say we are spammers, they poll people not even offering Ron Paul as a choice then tell everyone he isn't polling well. It's all a big brainwash bath

This election has opened my eyes to the media more than I could imagine. My trust for the media went from decent to very low.

Nice!

"The use of ‘conspiracy theory’ is a derogatory epithet. It is something the propagandists have deeply embedded [into the collective American psyche] and has been perfected over the decades. It is a useful tool to eliminate articulate dissent, other points of view, and information that might be inconvenient for policy agenda." Chris Sanders, Political Economist--Sanders Research

I will NEVER trust the MSM as long as I live. I hope that's clear to anyone from the MSM who might be reading this.

Can we get a website made to start archiving all of these things in one place? Looks like www.msmlies.com is available if anyone can get it and build a page.

its a good idea to build more and more alternative sources of reliable information.

this news site does OK, also he's a huge Ron Paul supporter
http://whatreallyhappened.com

he also has archived vote fraud stuff and this is also something he talks about, and is likely archiving these findings as well.

not saying I endorse his views but he does find a lot of useful information that is relevant scattered all over the net.
