if you remove the dem votes, it comes to more like 10%, if it helps

I don't think you guys are reading the poll right, the % is above the candidate's name, hence we've got this thing bagged with 31%... :D
It's just poor formatting on the part of the LATimes.

Now if they would only show his pic on the "On the trail:Snapshots of the Candidates" frame on the right.
