what a poorly designed results table!

the first time i looked at it, i thought mccain had 26.4% and paul had 3.8%.

The way that they are displaying these results is laughable. I've always favored the idea that we should assume incompetence before malevolence but the media seems to never exhaust its ability to do something incompetent in way that promotes its agenda. The results are above each candidates name. That isn't how I read it the first time.

That is bad info design, I thought it was 3.6 also, but it is 22.6%, you are right.

I just wrote a quick note to the LA Times:

The poll format is wrong. The results for each candidate are ABOVE the name, which makes it very confusing. You don't really want to show that Hillary has only 11.9% do you? Or could it be that it's convenient to your editors that Ron Paul only shows 3.3%? Hmmmm?
