who thinks he should head there?

it's not winner take all and he's polling respectably in CA and with a huge local media markets can bypass the MSM, he should spend a lot of time there .

Yes, to RP in CA. I think he will do well on the left coast.

I would recommend the bay area, that is probably the most liberty minded area in the United States.

Yes, he should. The meetups are extremely strong down in Socal and I'm sure we could easily pull a few thousand to a rally if he decided to come here.

I don't know where he should go, honestly. I know he'll be in Cali for a debate, and hopefully do some other stuff in the state, but not to the detriment of everything else.

I'm not a campaign manager.

It is winner take all but by congressional district instead of by state

it's more than 2 weeks to super tuesday -- there are a lot of places we need to go.

We have even fewer Republicans here in Northern California - but we still get 3 delegates per district :D

...Unless, of course you're talking about economic liberty or the liberty to disagree with them - bunch of obnoxious commie pinko socialists here.

Yes, but they don't vote in the Republican primary.;)

Yes, but focus on LA for the next couple days and then Florida. A good showing in FL, which the Media's going to be swarming, is important when there are no other states with primaries around that time (Maine is a week later and too close to Super Tuesday to be focused on).

What? Their a bunch of leftist commies there. If by "liberty minded" you mean they want the liberty to bang members of the same sex then yes that's true. But otherwise they are welfare babies, gun grabbers, high tax lovers, and socialists. Total opposite of Ron Paul.

Ron Paul could do well in Southern CA. Mostly the San Diego area. That's just about the only real Republican place left in all of CA. I'm from SD. Everyone I know there is voting for Ron Paul. CA also isn't a "Winner take all" state so even if he gets last place (he'll do better than that) he gets something out of it.

LA has to many Mexicans who want amnesty so their cousin Pedro who is illegal can stay and doesn't get deported. So they will all vote for the commie Democrats. No sense in wasting time in LA to get the whole 3 Republicans in the county there to vote for you.

Hell Yeah! Go to San Diego, Orange County, and Bay Area. Stay there for a few days with a lot of ads.

California is extremely important and an easy way to get a lot of delegates due to the different setup. It's not a winer take all state.
