1) When you campaign the first is to be an obnoxious arrogant blowhard this way you won't look like a moron given that your ideas make no sense.
2) Attack other campaigners when you have nothing good yourself.
3) Steal other candidates lines.
4) Contradict your statements throughout a debate and deny you lose a debate.
5) When in office, ask yourself every morning "How can I ruin America?"
6) When April 15th arrives, praise it as a national holiday.
7) Whoever pays you any favors, go along with it.
8) Sometimes spending long periods of time talking about rasing taxes and domestic issues can get boring. Time to start a war for some good old entertainment.
9) Blow off campaign money like in the movie "Brewsters Millions" starring Richard Pryor and John Candy. Spend it on private jets, fancy hotels, and even nice looking cars.
10) Donate to the poor but announce it to the world.
