"I believe that I am going to start a new slogan for the Ron Paul campaign..."if you can still believe in anything then believe in Ron Paul".

People have been promised help so many times and been betrayed at every turn and as a result many people have simply given up on the ability and willingness to believe in anything. We live in a very graceless and cynical age. But it is important to realize that the past is the past and the universe is created anew in each instant. As Bruce Springsteen once sang "so you been broke and ya been hurt, show me somebody who ain't"

And now, at this instant, someone has emerged miraculously out of the despair and indifference of modern culture who is worth believing in and who really does have our best interests at heart and who really does make a difference in our lives. And that caring is not just a reflection of words spoken but is backed up by his actions in two decades of public service. So if people will just step up to the plate one more time then they will be guaranteed of hitting a grand slam no matter how many times that their hard hit line drive was turned into a triple play in the past because the thrill of helping in this movement and getting on board this freedom train is one of the most rewarding experiences that a person who cares about the greater good can have.

In Dr Ron Paul we have someone who in his dignified, gentle, peaceful, wise, humble and soft spoken yet courageous way is managing on a daily basis to break down the barriers that keep people separated and, perhaps of parallel importance, tear down that wall that separates the people from the oppressive generality known as the United States Federal Government and Mass Media. When we see so many liberals (like Bill Maher) who say that they never thought they would vote for a Republican but they need to support this man and when you see the diversity in age, income, education and cultural background of the people in this movement then you really see that something special is happening here.

People say that Dr Paul can't win or they wonder if he can. I say that every time that he opens his mouth that he wins for all of us as he sets the tone and the parameters of what is talked about and how it is talked about. For instance, who remembers anything about that debate with the Giuliani confrontation besides that great moment when Ron Paul stood up to Giuliani's evil bluster and then followed up with a press conference to cram Giuliani with a reading assignment of the books that he should have been familiar with including the 911 Commission Report!? Who will remember anything about Iowa except that Ron Paul had twice as many supporters show up as the shills who were allowed to participate in the debate by the McCain puppet who orchestrated that charade?

Everytime Dr Paul speaks he speaks for all of us who have been disenfranchised by the "neocons" of both parties and the mass media who are more of a department of propaganda for the White House and the corporate interests that own them but who are finding that they cannot stop this message from capturing the imagination and enthusiasm of the American people. Every time that he speaks he forces the cardboard cutouts that are the other candidates to try to find some humanity and he even makes them better in the process as they have to respond to him. And in so doing he is winning more than anyone has won for the people at least since MLK. But MLK was able to awaken just one minority group that was more oppressed than others to peacefully regain respect and their part of American society from the majority who were refusing it to them. But Dr Paul's movement is for all the people and so you see something that we have not seen in this country ever, the shattering of the walls that separate people of one category from people of all other categories in whatever aspect we are considering and a unification of purpose and of people towards the common goal of freedoms and liberties that we all value and which are at the core of what we believe this country to represent. As Dr Paul has said "it is freedom that brings us together" and "freedom is popular"

And so I say to all Americans of good will to join this freedom train as you will not be disappointed. ..."if you can still believe in anything then believe in Ron Paul".
