I didn't see it, but maybe they were reporting on delegates so far, exclusing nevada?

They project state delegates. Today we elected precinct delegates which go to county, then state. From what people have said today, we should end up with more than 4 when it's all said and done

They're projecting. They have no idea how many delegates there are. We should overachieve there because our people made a deliberate attempt to subvert the straw poll results by going for all the delegate spots.

I also they that they simply extract that number from the straw poll statistics... which can (and will) turn out totally wrong as many romney supporters supposedly left before the delegates were elected... so... good news for us! :)

they're guessing based on the straw poll. in the precinct i attended, Paul got 25% of the straw poll vote and 100% of the delegates. :D
