The way voting is handled boggles the mind.. Heres what I thought up.
As you enter the polling place you get a minted numbered coin. Inside the voting booth you put that coin into your canidates slot and it rolls into a plexi glass box that sits on top a scale. Banks weigh mass amounts of coins to determine amounts this way. As soon as the polls close you can record the number of the last coin that was given out.
Simple and fool proof.
