:O? That Lew ran the newsletter, Ron was about to repeat that in a newsletter along with Benton, Kent said no it'll all blow over no need to out Lew, and so they decided to say "old news" instead, while Ron's Congressional Chief of Staff in Washington called Kent out on what he did?

I dono if I would call that a hitpiece, more of a "Kent is a bad campaigner" and "Lew oversaw the newsletter", at least the latter of the Reason/Kirchick pieces.
