We live in a very corrupt society that lives under the guise of fair and free. It is quite disheartening and aggravating.

VERY! I'm beyond any feelings I could possibly feel toward those evil people.

god damn I'm so pissed about all this.

I'm pissed. This whole election is a joke. My fellow Americans are fucking sheep. I want this nation to fall hard and fast.

This nation is in a dire need for a revolution.

What is everybody so bent out of shape about? This actually helps us. Yes, its a little strange that they keep changing the rules, but the more inclusive the better.

Rumor is this whole thing was rigged by the Giuliani camp SPECIFICALLY to harm R.P., and to pump RG up to look better than he is in Nevada. We were guaranteed a #1 or #2 position in the straw poll prior to this, and now we are likely to finish 4th. Know one knows what it will do to our position in the actual caucus, but it can't be good.....

This is interesting, because I heard an interview with the guy in charge of the NV Republican caucus a few weeks ago.

He pointed out that the Democrats could register AT the caucus location, but Republicans had to be registered 30 days before the caucus and the reason? Because of the close proximity to California, allowing on-site registeration was error-prone because campaigns could ship in large amounts of out-of-state voters to NV and register on-site. That was straight out of the mouth of the guy heading the NV caucus. Now it seems he has changed the rules to ALLOW that to happen?!

Doesn't seem like a big deal. Anyone can vote now that is good.

Read my comment above.
The guy in charge of the caucus said in an interview that the 30day rule was specifically put in place to PREVENT campaigns from bussing in large amounts of out of state voters to NV from CA.

How could people with CA identification register to vote.

Also the article says that the participants must be registered before. It does not say that they can register the day of.

Technically. But it says that they can vote if they do NOT show up on the Registered Republican voter list. It is a "preliminary vote", but it would be counted and show up in the results for the day. So, you bus in a bunch of out of state voters, let them vote "preliminary" announce the "winners" and then sometime weeks later you find out those votes are "invalid" the damage is already done.

"Given the various rule changes the state party has issued this week, the Ron Paul campaign is advising all of its supporters and all Republicans to be prepared for all scenarios in each county in Nevada, since those who are allowed to vote may vary, depending on the interpretations by the county Central committees of the continually changing caucus rules.

This latest rule change was apparently decided upon by the State Republican Central Committee last night, and the Ron Paul campaign was informed of the change today by Hans Gullickson, caucus director for the Nevada Republican Party."

You are assuming that you have to show a NV id card?
and even if it is required:
It is extremely simple to get a NV drivers license. You can rent a PMB box for $10 bucks for a month, go to the DMV and get an NV i.d. AND any number of people could us the same PMB address for their ID.

No it's not. Other candidates will bus people in from neighboring states to vote for them. Mitt will have a convoy of mormons coming in from Utah. Not sure where the Ghoul would bus them in from. Does he have any concentrated support out west?

This is how Hillary won NH and why the pollsters were so confused about why she did so much better then their polls said she should've.

I think Romney is behind it and he is going to cheat so he can get as many delegates as possible. Those of us who went to the St. Petes GOP straw poll know how Romney likes to cheat.

Yes, it probably helps us, but wtf does this mean?

As of noon on Thursday, January 17th, the state party changed its mind once again and sent a communication that affidavits would be in use throughout the state subject to the discretion of county Central Committees and Chairs.

Uhhh... what discretion about what?

It seems that we need to have Ron Paul supporters at caucus locations on BUS lookout with video cameras. Seriously.

Are video/cameras allowed? Campaign needs to be all over this like stink on chit....email everyone with full details and suggest EVERYONE carry a camera/video camera! This is BULL CHIT

We need Ron Paul border guards with videocameras following suspicious looking buses that cross the state line, hoping for some juicy video of them lining up at polls. Unless we just have Ron Paul supporters collaborate on such a production and then put it out there as so-and-so's supporters swaying the numbers ... just kidding of course, that's a total MSM move, we aren't on that level yet. ;)
