I was watching a segment where he was taking questions from the media earlier today. he was asked about a dem program and he said, " well, where are they going to get the money? You have to look for where to cut spending, what you can sell, because you can't just get it from a printing press"

I nearly choked!!!!!!! Where does that fool think the money to fund his war is coming from and where does he think spending was cut to fund it?

Cspan was covering a Thompson speech today giving lip service to the importance of understanding the founding fathers intentions for this country and the Consitution and how he would make sure he only appointed Judges to the Supreme court who understood them and that document. If he supports our current foriegn policy, then he is a poor judge of who would support the founders vision and the constitution.


He also said that he is the ONLY candidate talking about Social security reform and who is running because he cares about the future of his children and grandchildren, unlike the rest who are in it for what they can get now, with no regard for the future.

The first on I really noticed was at a (maybe the first New Hampshire) debate. They went down the line, and every other GOP candidate agreed that there should be a National ID Card. Then Paul said why it was a horrible, totalitarian, unconstitutional idea. Then they all said--"oh, wait a minute, we mean only for illegals"

HOW WOULD THAT WORK? "Hey, are you an illegal?"
