OK, let's say it's pretty much after Paul (he won or he's out), do you think it would be easy to get people with the same ideas into congress, etc? Like BJ Lawson... we could easily raise the money he needs.

Yes it will be easier to support a local campaign. We can flood the house and senate with like minded individuals.

It is still not an easy battle. I joined my local GOP organization and find that I must battle the DEMs and a healthy dose of RINOs who are interested only in the title and their tiny yearly stipend.

It certainly won't be easy but we all should give a little energy to that now and much more after this race. I am sure many of us will work very hard to get a "Ron Paul Republican/third party" candidate into office in 2012 if Paul doesn't win. We will have 4 years to do it and if things are going to get as bad as we think they are, it should give us even better ground to stand on.

I for one will be working at all levels to support Ron Paul type of politicians regardless of what party they are in and the local level is very important and should be the easiest for us to make a difference in.
