Not dumb, this is actually their plan. I think they are paving the way to North American Union. I can see it on the horizon now. NAU will come to save the day after the current system crumbles.

The long term plan is to exhaust the Dollar, Yen and Deutschemark. The loss of value to these currencies is then accumulated through the power of the central banking houses of the Rothschilds. Same gambit..new century. Create and use sound money and this gambit is impossible.
