I'm in $100 just like the last ones but since I just bought a house, haven't done well at work, and spend a boat load on christmas this last donation will be scraping the barrel.

I'm out money bit I will still be canvasing, promoting, and voting.

Please check you decimal.

50 x 9000 = $450,000

or in other words, a little less then half a million

Dumb question....

Now that it's 2008, does the $2,300 cap reset or is that a limit for the entire campaign period? I'm sure this has been answered before but I'm new.:)

it's 2300 per campaign - primary is one campaign.
And you can give extra to PACs like the blimp.. which needs it.. ;)

Hey, did you notice that there are 9,000 pledges, but over 30,000 views. We might be well over 9,000 just a lot didn't give their email to pledge.

I am donating

I won't be signing up for this on the site, but I do see a donation in my near future (Monday).

I, like many others I'm sure, don't feel like subjecting myself to possible spam by entering my email address.

Actually, the blimp isn't a PAC (contributions to PACs count against that candidate's $2300). The blimp is technically an advertisement company... although they only advertise Ron Paul. :)

ya... I think a lot of us have learned about what happens when you give your emails to these guys: you get hit every 4 or 5 days with "updates".

I wish this forum had a tell-a-friend type script though. would make it a lot easier to get people here and reading these posts.

i thought this one was for $10.... 9,000 * $10 - $90,000.00. which would not be very impressive... we'll see

Anyone have stats for the number of pledges for the other money bombs so we can set some realistic benchmarks?
