Why do people not see it as a problem that we could possibly have the same two families in the presidency for 28 years?

As sick as it is, I've run into loads of people who think that the dot com boom was caused by the divine hand of Bill Clinton, and believe the surplus myth and think that a vote for Hillary is really a vote for Bills 3rd term....
