Why aren't Q4 numbers released yet?

I went through the FEC website and couldn't find Paul nor his rivals. Why is this?
They're not listed yet on the site, yet the reports were due Jan. 15.

Reports from campaigns due on the 15th. Will take approx another 2 weeks to get the results

During the earlier 2007 quarters, I believe the FEC made them all available by the 15th of the month after the quarter. I remember seeing all the Q3 data by Oct. 15 and Q2 data by July 15. Am I mistaken?

Opensecrets.org says the results won't be available until the end of the month.
