will they leave RP out in Florida ?

That depends. They will determine whether excluding him or including him presents the best opportunity to marginalize him and inclusion or exclusion will be based solely on their best effort to marginalize him.

It's a free market people.

GE can leave out whoever they want. It isn't "fair", but that's life.

Besides, there are three candidates in front of him polling much much better, and all running on similar platforms.

That is why they decided to leave him out.

ONLY if it's presented on MSNBC (cable/Satellite) the LOOPHOLE that corporations/MSM paid for the politicians to ensure the FCC laws don't effect CABLE or Satellite TRANSMISSIONS. which is like 85% of America

If it's held on you local over the air (OTA) transmissions.. then it's censorship according to the OLD FCC LAWS and EVERYONE can attend the debate.

Even Scarier: DirecTV has moved to their new model Satellite boxes to ELIMINATE OTA reception antennas/transmissions... THIS ALLOWS DirecTV to CENSOR anything they wish on ANY CHANNEL since it is ALL COMING FROM SATELLITE and don't fall under FCC regulations! I'm sure they've worked certain deals with the MAJORS (CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX, & PBS)

The rules for the Florida debate have been setup already, so Dr. Paul will need to meet those standards.

http://beforeyouvote.org/index.php?p=candidates

B. The candidate must be legally qualified for and registered to participate as a candidate in the 2008 presidential election.

C. The candidate must appear as a candidate for president on his or her party’s Florida presidential primary ballot.

D. The candidate must have at least 10% support (including the full benefit of the standard margin of error) among all likely voters who will participate in that candidate’s primary as determined by a poll conducted by Mason-Dixon Polling & Research. By way of example, if a poll shows a candidate receiving 8% support among all registered voters, and if the poll’s standard margin of error is 3%, the candidate’s support, including the full benefit of the standard margin of error, is 11%. If such a candidate meets the other criteria set forth in these Rules, that candidate would qualify to be invited to participate in the debate.

The deadline to meet the requirements of these Rules is December 31, 2007. In addition to all of the other criteria that must be satisfied, the candidate must receive at least 10% support in the final Mason-Dixon poll conducted on or before January 15, 2008.
