I don't believe that is correct. Michigan is winner take all by congressional district, and Ron didn't win any congressional districts.

Also I don't believe the CNN delegate score card tracker because Michigan only had 15 delegates, but they are saying that Romney got 12 McCain got 9 and huckabee got 1, so I am confused on that.
