Where is the post that I read today about a bill in congress requiring 16 - 42 (?) year old US citizens to serve in the military?

Each and every one of the 1152 people reading this forum need to read this before they leave here tonight.

This information should convert anyone with half of a brain.

Does anyone know the location of this post?

Is it a newly introduced bill that someone might be putting out just as a statement, or is it actually being discussed to come to a vote?

well I guess if this passed we wouldn't need healthcare reform anymore since everyone in the whole country would eventually be vets... just what I want to do is donate a whole extra year of my life in addition to the 1/2 year of my life I donate every year to my country.
