It sounds like he has voiced this opinion before. Soooooo why hasnt the campaign been in touch with him for an endorsement??!

There have been rumblings coming through the grapevine that there have been several celebrities and rock stars that have contacted the campaign to voice support and a desire to help Ron but that National never bothered to return their calls.

Look, a Barry Goldwater Jr. endorsement is great for old learn-ed conservatives but the vast majority of the general public have no idea who his dad even was least of all him as the son!

Joe Rogan is a B-celebrity but currently more people know of this guy then almost all of the endorsements I have seen on the campaign's website

Joe Rogan for those who don't know is also a martial artist and announcer for the ultimate fighting championship so he has the ear of the fight fan community. Not a big thing but if anyone wants to register and vote for Ron Paul in this fight forum poll we could put him in the lead.

He is tied to Rudy and "other" with 12 votes. :)

The campaign should have Rogan MC their appearances.

To be honest, I always thought this guy was a complete tool. I suppose I only remember seeing him on News Radio and Fear Factor.

But watching him speak here -- despite his uh...colorful language :D -- I have a lot more respect for him. Not enough that I'm going to go and start watching Fear Factor, but I no longer think he's a tool. Thanks for posting this. :)

Now "other" has pulled ahead of Dr. Paul. Can we get a few votes for him?

Joe Rogan is great. Forget about News Radio and Fear Factor. Go see one of his live stand-up shows or listen to one of his CDs. I'm a huge fan...

//Check out Doug Stanhope too...

It took me awhile to warm up to him too. I think it was after he called out Carlos Mencia for stealing material. I saw he has a sense of right and wrong.

His UFC ties could potentially help, and I'd imagine that audience is a bunch of potential Paul supporters.

I just glanced over the list this morning....but I hope that was something included in the Constructive Criticism for HQ thread (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=85493).
