I admit, I don't follow the other "second" or "third" tier candidates.

Naturally, I see more buzz about RP than about ANY of the others.

So is it just me - or is this real?

Are the other 2nd/3rd guys getting this much buzz or is RP breaking out?

To answer your question: I don't think so.

Also, given your handle I thought that was a hilarious title for a thread. :D

Well, I understand your question, because most of us here tend to have tunnel vision, or perhaps blinders on.

So, it is a danger to be so close to the tree that you fail to see the forest.

But, color me convinced:

The internet buzz is real.

The excitement at rallies with healthy numbers of people is also a reality.

Ron Paul's message and America's need to heed it, most certainly real.

The shake out has begun (Gilmore campaign, RIP). The fundraising numbers (donations and number of donors) are focusing some minds. Not all of these can survive Ames: Tommy Thompson, Brownback, Huckabee. Tancredo will be out before the first vote in order to run for re-election to Congress. Duncan Hunter doesn't matter but is trying to help his son keep his seat.

If Mitt "Double Guantanamo" Romeny didn't have all that money he'd be toast too.
