Basically, public servants are people elected officials. But...
Public university officials like staff, professors etc be called public servants? I am dealing with some university people right now because of their "inaction" and inefficient work and want to hold them accountable..but want to use the right wording...Can they be called public servants? I don't think so, but still wanted to clarify with you gurus..
