Slashdot is asking for readers to submit questions for the candidates. They will pick 5 questions and see who responds.

Here are my questions:

The Federal government uses the FCC as a tool to help them circumvent the restrictions placed upon them by the First Amendment. A citizen cannot practice their First Amendment rights if what they wish to express goes over the airwaves on commercial TV or radio. Considering many people want the FCC to be involved in regulating the internet, what guarantee can you give us that the FCC will not expand their power of censorship to include the internet?

Currently, the Federal Goverment collects 18.4 cents for every gallon of gasoline sold (plus each State collects their own amount). If a transition away from gasoline takes place in America (which could occur for many possible reasons), how do you propose the government make up the lost revenue?

Slashdot is very libertarian leaning. I read it every day - or at least I used to until the campaign.
