Haha... na... it's not legal. Which is crazy, because, it's really not that bad. Marijuana, that is. Not that I think little kids should be smoking joints, but if an adult is old enough to buy alcohol for recreational use, they should be able to buy the less-dangerous marijuana.

i could be wrong, but in missouri its been said that it isn't actually illegal to be high as long as you dont have anything on you and your not driving

Ya different states still have some variance. If the feds got out of the picture we'd certainly see a trend for a much more rationale approach to such a wonderful plant.

Some states have managed to get possession convictions on the basis of a person being high and having it in their system, but in most states being high is not illegal.
