Any micro-brewers out there?

If someone could put together a great-tasting Ron Paul beer with Ron on the label and promise to donate some of the proceeds to RP, I might be down for a few cases. :)

What type of beer? Ale or lager?

An easy argument could be made for an American Lager (e.g., Budweiser), but I think Budweiser et al. tastes like piss.

Personally, I'd go with an American Pale Ale (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_pale_ale).

I'm out of town until the first of February, but I'd be happy to fire up the home brewery for this when I get home.

A guy in the St. Louis meetup is part-owner of http://lemplager.com

I said he should make a beer called "Liberty Brew", he said if he had the foresight he would've done it, but by the time he gets all the permits from the state/feds, it might be a year before it came out.

Still think it would be a great idea. I love good tasting beer!

I am a homebrewer and after the 19th (taking PCAT exam) i'll be brewing "Paulitician Pale Ale" a recipe I concocted back in October under a different name.

Need somesmall brew-pub types to get in on it.

Damn good idea! I've been telling my meetup we need this since October.

Then I was just thinking about grabbing a/posting a thread on this and I saw Ron Paul Beer? A sign? I think so.
