From The Green Papers.com:

Friday 25 January - Thursday 7 February 2008: Republican Party Precinct Caucuses are held during the last 7 days of Janaury through the first 7 days of February. Each Precinct Caucus chooses the precinct's delegates to the Hawaii State Republican Convention.

There is no formal system applied in the Precinct Caucus to relate the presidential preference of the Convention participants to the choice of the precinct's delegates to the State Convention. The participants at each Precinct Caucus alone determine if presidential preference is to be a factor in such choices and, if so, how it is to be applied.

Friday 25 January 2008: House District 10
Saturday 26 January 2008: House Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 24, 25, 26, 27, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45
Tuesday 29 January 2008: House Districts 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33
Wednesday 30 January 2008: House Districts 11, 14, 15 ,36, 37, 38, 39, 48, 49, 50, 51
Thursday 31 January 2008: House District 16
Saturday 2 February 2008: House Districts 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 17, 18, 34, 35, 40, 46, 47
Tuesday 5 February 2008: House Districts 19, 20

(NOTE: there are so-called "regional caucuses" which are held in April going into early May and which nominate candidates to be delegates to the Republican National Convention who are to be considered at the later State Convention; however, these "regional caucuses" are not considered to have a direct effect on the actual allocation of National Convention delegates to the presidential contenders, as the earlier Precinct Caucuses, which have already chosen the delegates to the State Convention, have no direct and binding effect upon the makeup of these "regional caucuses".)

Friday 16 May - Sunday 18 May 2008: The Hawaii State Republican Convention convenes. Congressional District Caucuses made up of the State Convention delegates from each of Hawaii's 2 congressional districts choose the 6 district National Convention delegates (3 per congressional district). The State Convention as a whole chooses 11 (10 base at-large plus 1 bonus) of Hawaii's delegates to the Republican National Convention.

There is no formal system of allocating Hawaii's National Convention delegates to presidential contenders. The delegates to the State Convention (whether as participants in their respective Congressional District Caucuses or in the Convention as a whole) alone determine if presidential preference is to be a factor and, if so, how it is to be applied to the choosing of the state's National Convention delegates.

In addition, 3 party leaders, the National Committeeman, the National Committeewoman, and the chairman of the Hawaii's Republican Party, will attend the convention as pledged delegates by virtue of their position.

And i believe that you need to be registered 10 days in advance of your precinct caucus in order to be elected a delegate. This is all important. If you have not registered with the state GOP do so now. Critical. Please read the rules here:
Go Aloha State. You can do it!!
