Videos, cpu to cpu

I'm trying to load some new Ron Paul videos that I made on one computer to another computer and I need a detailed instruction on how to do it.

I already have a crossover cable hooked up to the machines, I just need the detailed instructions to setup the folders, dns, and all that syntax stuff.

I'm using win. xp-pro for both machines.

It is easy to copy files to a USB flash drive, then insert the USB drive into the other PC.
