I think we should focus on the RADIO.. right now, the Newspaper donations are slim compared to those who are putting in for the radio.

well yes and no.. that was the intention.. but I am reading and people have been saying that newspapers ads are very profitable 'name' wise..

So, I am now scaling back the newspaper idea to encompass less coverage and less amount of times...

as I mentinoed in another thread.. it looks like this..

1/3 to newspaper
2/3 to radio

There's nothing wrong with hitting multiple media. If both are affordable great, but if it's cost prohibitive to create newspaper designs and create a radio ad, then scrap one, but if both can be created and implemented at a reasonable cost, go for it.

There was someone here, I think I recall, that offered to step forward to create the copy for the newspaper ad. Am I remembering incorrectly. We should have the talent on-board to create this ad. Or, at least get it VERY close. It will need graphics and since we have graphics artists in abundance in the Ron Paul camp, we just need to ask them.

Is there anyone who is willing to take ownership of this?

I mentioned your project on the conference call tonight at about the 9:45 mark, a lot of people there hadn't heard of it yet but were excited and wanted to help. The best thing they said to do was try to get a professional product first and then make it available, this should help with donations.

With regard to the newspaper ad, I've seen a nearly finished version of it and I think it will blow your socks off. It looks very good.

The radio ad is finalized and it is being recorded now.

If you can donate to this effort, please do. Xar is in the hole on this quite a bit. And the number of radio ads we can run and in what time slots and shows, is dictated by the money we have to run them.
