I can not confirm that paticular documnent, but I do have access to many "sensitive" areas in the petroleum industry and having "said access" I have to take many safety classes and USCG Marsec awareness safety classes and in several of them it makes mention of people that talk about the constitution.

It was real, though it's been out for a while and was admittedly misleading in how it was worded. It was put out by the Phoenix office. You are of course free to give them a call to confirm it yourself.

The FBI later withdrew that pamphlet and apologized ( it was produced by a field office ) Nevertheless... it shows a certain "creep" of fascism. When you consider that the whole justification of "the war on civil liberties" - 1993 WTC / Oklahoma City / 2001 attack - all have evidence of insider involvement.... BY THE FBI!!!!
