View Full Version : Flyer with $1 tip attached, at bars, legal?

After a small test run, I am convinced that this is a great way to talk to bartenders and remind them of the vote coming soon. (no taxes on tips)
The dollar bill to me is an example where I can say "you could keep all of this" or things like that, it's like a display item, part of the free speech I am giving, a prop.
It's even more of a prop when I show them it's not redeemable in anything of value, no "pay to the bearer on demand", and it's a note, a debt etc...
Also if you know what are the concerns with the casinos? The bartenders are very receptive to the message, and I'm not pushy.
Please let me know quickly because I am probably going to do some more.
Please include all angles, like if I do this it's OK, if you do it this way it's not etc..
Here's the thread:

How about dollars stamped with

Don't tax tips!

The bills will work their way around the community and the message will travel further.
