Republican Presidential Candidate Ron Paul Could Win
Ron Paul Could Win by Eliminating So-Called Frontrunners One by One
Former New York City Mayor Rudy Guiliani and Senator-turned-actor Fred Thompson have effectively been eliminated from serious competition for the Republican presidential nomination because they have both been embarassed and defeated by Texas Congressman Ron Paul in early voting....

He would need to make some extreme changes in his campaign staff and of the way how he presents his platform. But it's not over yet, so yea.. he is not dead yet.

This article said --

If Ron Paul can similarly humiliate Sen. John McCain in Nevada, South Carolina or Michigan, he will destroy McCain’s already shaky viability and credibility.

This is a realistic scenario because Ron Paul has more money than McCain. In recent months, Paul has raised more money than any other candidate, Republican or Democrat.

Since 2006, there have been a dozen or more Republicans running for president - Paul has already proven himself a survivor and contender by lasting this long.

We all know John McCain and Fred Thompson are coming in 1 and 2 in SC.

Oh, and at the moment having more money isn't making a hell of a lot of difference, and how do we know how much McCain has -- since the Lieberman endorsement, probably a lot of Jewish money, so dream on about that situation.

This article never even mentioned Romney who is doing just fine and will probably be 1st in Michigan.

Oh, and excuse me, but this article never even mentioned Huckabee, who will probably do better than Ron Paul.

So let's take off the rose colored glasses, please.

Where did all our positive energy go? We have plenty of reasons to remain hopeful.

I don't buy the "eliminating his opponents one by one" argument. When Giuliani drops out of the race, do you seriously think ANY former Giuliani supporters are going to suddenly back Dr Paul? And the same goes for the other Republican candidates - they're all kind of interchangable, and Dr Paul is fundamentally different.

Dr Paul wins votes slowly and surely by speaking sense. And his sense takes more than a soundbyte, so people won't get it from the media. It's going to take us grassroots supporters out here having lengthy discussions with our friends. A lengthy discussion has a good chance to convert anybody.:)
