Our Local Meetups are (Fresno+Visalia) are teaming together to try and get a Ad in the Fresno Bee
We can go for either a B/W or Color Ad and either 1/2 page, or full page. The price will be varing from 17K for a color ad to as cheap as 6,800 for a weeks run. We can come up with maybe a thousand but we need some contributions please. Here is some of the info we have... (A bank account and chipin are being made monday, but if I get enough people saying they would chipin we can get the ad's started before monday)

Here is the information I received from the display ad executive at the Fresno Bee. Dan Marvin from the Fresno Meetup group is in the business of working up ads. He and his wife have volunteered to do all the work IF we can raise the $6800. He will contact the members of the Fresno group to see what they will contribute. What can we do?
