And wasn't it Israel attacking the ship? And president Johnson refused air support when asked. Israel wanted us to start a war with Egypt at that time so attacked under an Egyptian flag? Our wonderful allies. And NO that isn't a Zionist statement... it's the truth. I've heard some of the Israeli pilots were saying "these are American ships... flying the flag....." and were told to follow orders.

That's our bestest buddy in the Middle East in action for ya.

I've been talking about the Israeli repeated attack on USS Liberty for years. That action, coupled with the Israeli bombing of the King David Hotel have solidifed my opinion that Israel only cares about Israel. Isn't it time we care about our nation?

What have they done for us in return for the ire of most of the world directed towards the USA because of our support of Israel?
