[Ed: My seat of the pants analysis of this "order" : Violations of 1st (Speech) , 4th (Probable Cause for seizures) , and 5th (Due Process, Grand Jury, and Takings Clauses) Amendments; president exercising law making powers breaching separation of powers doctrine; president exercising judicial powers breaching separation of powers doctrine; president granting unlawful immunity to himself and officials enforcing the order in violation of Supremacy Clause. Other objections are mentioned below. Strikeovers are an attempt to identify specific parts of the order which are illegal.
I publish this now because of the urgency of quashing the order. I would have liked more time to refine it. Perhaps I will have it in between time spent making license plates. See the rest of the article @ blog linked above.]
