Why aren't we running TV ads that use this format?? Intermix Ron Paul's "Debate Greatest Hits" along with quotes by the founders? This is a winning ad format!!!

Damn it!! Why aren't we putting this in front of the American people in the form of TV ads. This is what sold me on Ron Paul....not actors telling me "He's catching on...." We have gold and with the present TV ads we're packaging it up in a brown paper bag!

This would be so easy and would allow the american public to see how closely Ron Pauls leadership follows fundamental principles of the founders.

I know the video is poor quality but it is the format that I am refering to. I know that the video linked here is not :30 seconds but again it is the format that I am refering to here.

What is needed in an award winning, vote producing commercial is:

100% Ron Paul talking
Video cuts montage of "debate greatest hits" or Ron Paul interviews/speaches Intermixed with graphics overlay of the Founders quotes backing up what he is saying and/or national facts ie national debt numbers, why the Patriot Act compromised civil liberties etc etc.

Part of the problem is that people see his ideas as radical. This would be the way to introduce the public to the fact that the Founders warned us of every crisis we are facing today and Ron Pauls message is based on heading those warnings.

If someone were to make (10) :30 second commercials each focused on ONE ISSUE at a time, I would be glad to run them in my local market AD NASEUM!:D

I like Dixie but the music is too loud and somewhat distracting. They also need to get better quality footage of Ron Paul.

I have suggested this to Operation Broadcast Freedom which I already support nationally and will use their ads locally if I can't get commercials in my prefered format.

Forget the music and the low quality video for the sake of this post. Get past the first 15 seconds to see what I am refering to in this post. I am not promoting this particular video but rather the concept (storyboard) of Ron Paul speaking directly to the public along with the graphics of how what he says is supported by founding principles.

Maybe so but......this constant affiliation with Ronald Reagan is NOT in the best interest of appealing to Ron Pauls REAL base which is not the GOP hardliners.

Also when you have only :30 seconds I want every second to be Ron Paul and only Ron Paul. To associate with the Reagan Worship that is rampant in the GOP....but no where else....is an error in marketing in my opinion.

Also Ron's position is that what Ronald Reagan RAN ON (but abismally failed to deliver) is what he is promoting. For those of us outside of the GOP an association with Ronald Reagan is an association with what he produced ( unlimited spending, runaway debt accrual, out of control military build-up) not the promises he made to just get into office.

This is not easily clarified with unlimited time much less :30 seconds.

Did you hear how many times the Republican candidates invoked Ronald Reagans name in the last debate??? I didn't count but I would not be surprised if it was well over 100x.

Ron Paul did not invoke his name once. Smart move.

Guys, Operation Broadcast Freedom is just filmed a new Endorsement Ad. It will do a lot of damage to the fakers in the S. Carolina primary. We've got to raise the money to get this new ad aired all over S. Carolina. It will do major damage to Huckabee. Please help if you can. This is very important.

The average american has never heard Ron Paul speak from his heart like we have on this forum. I could walk out my door right now and ask 100 people if they knew who Ron Paul was and what his platform was and maybe 1 out of that hundred would know.

What sold us?? An actor telling us how good Ron would be for us? A thirty second clip in the middle of a bowl game? NO!

It was seeing and hearing Ron Paul himself tell it like it is...over time! Seeing the great videos from Aravoth and Scandinaviany3 and digesting the information that Ron Paul is teaching takes time and people aren't going to take this time.

We have to spoon feed the public :30 seconds at a whack and the best way to do this is to have RON PAUL speaking the whole way.
