I'll give you the info to put down, i just don't have the software to make it.

Just type out everything in word (or wordpad) or whatever and install the pdf driver at http://primopdf.com/
once you've installed it when you hit 'print' you should be able to select PrimoPDF instead of your printer and it will 'print' to pdf, in essence just creating a pdf file so you can save it on your computer.
