Fedgov files an amicus on Heller, not good.

The Bush administration has filed an amicus brief asking the supreme court to overturn the ruling that a handgun ban is unconstitutional. This could be huge for the campaign if Ron gets a strong position out there, I'm already seeing a lot of backlash against the status quo on this news.

So did I and so did many others and the campaign is letting slip another opportunity to reach voters by saying NOTHING about this.

Any time a flack says "rest assured," it gets my hackles up.

Resting assured and relying on promises is what got us in this mess.

And further stated that Fred Thompson has made a minor statement, but a statement notheless, about Heller.
