No. We have no cause of action.

just stop. Running a good campaign and spreading the message with dignity is more important than proving some stupid point. Take your anger and make something happen.

I say we think about it, collect evidence, and if the evidence gives us a case then we should sue. Be prepared to be in court for years in this one though.

FOX is not required by law to tell the truth. Watch The Corporation (http://www.thecorporation.com/) ( 85 minute Google video ) (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-3969792790081230711) segment on FOX news investigative reporters' attempts to expose RGBH hormone in American milk.
What we need to do is grow the FOX / Murdoch boycott. Plant the seeds everywhere. Pass the word on: Boycott Olde Media. All MainSleaze Media are enemies of freedom. All MSM are traitors to America, traitors to freedom, traitors to the Constitution. They are selling us down the river.
A lawsuit is not a good course of action as it will drain too much money and time and efforts away from the more important task of getting Ron Paul elected. We need to develop many new "freedom candidates" in all areas of government. Become the next Ron Paul yourself by learning the background, learning the ropes of our crooked political system, and joining this "insurgency" within that crooked system.
Grow the Olde Media Boycott while remaining focused on getting Ron Paul the GOP nomination.
