Isn't this two different things?

Many groups can't place the big orders for signs and then another big order for shirts and then another for bumper stickers.
You are asking small meetup groups to gather $200 at least before they can buy just signs.
They will have to find another $200 for shirts and another $200 for bumper stickers.

I have seen this over and over in Florida. Everyone trying to save $5 bucks and waiting and waiting and waiting.
The biggest impact for sign wavings is to have a group of people all in Ron Paul shirts holding nice Ron Paul signs
handing out Ron Paul Flyers/Slim Jims with Ron Paul signs sticking up all around them.
I hope every group makes a large order with you but I know it can't happen when a group only has 20 people that don't know each other.

FWI, this site is helping supply 1/3 of all the meetup groups in Florida with many others wanting to place orders.
The prices should come down in the next few weeks. They did place an order with you for bumper stickers,
and the price was right but took a long time compared to other suppliers.
These are the bumper stickers we are handing out at sign wavings.

So good luck, but compare apples to apples.

Ok let's do the math:

Their Medium kit sells for $265 plus $25 shipping for a total of $290.

$290 minus your signs of $175 equals $115
Plus the cost of the posts $25 equals $140
Plus one sign $3 equals $143
Plus 150 bumper stickers equals $158

That means that you get 24 shirts (2 sided on Jerzee 6.1 cloth) for $158.
That is around $6.50 per shirt with SHIPPING INCLUDED.

Now that I have done the math,
YOU are MORE EXPENSIVE
unless you can send me a link that shows
where I can get a shirt for $6.50 with SHIPPING INCLUDED
without a bulk order.

That appears to me to be fuzzy math.

I don't care how you stack it, our prices are lowest across the board, someone's "kit" prices notwithstanding.

Get the very best value - buy in bulk quantities and $ave! It's the most sensible thing to do.

I'm a math major and I checked the math.

He is correct - you are more expensive - unless you can show us where to get such cheap shirts.

Now you aren't even making sense.
I just posted the MATH.
It is not fuzzy.

You came onto my thread and
posted a cut and paste without looking.

YOU are WRONG.

Just let it go.
In a large bulk order you have better prices for signs and bumper stickers.
But that takes lots of $$$$$$$. I will even give you thanks for making your bulk orders smaller then most other companies.

But when you have to pay 2 different shipping amounts for your signs and then again for shirts, plus large orders.
You are more expensive on small orders.

http://RonPaulStuff.com was made not to make a profit but to get the prices lower for our groups in Florida. The guys that have been ordering thought going with a business rather then a PAC was a better move. Not sure if this was good or bad, but this is what they did.

The most important thing is that people get stuff NOW!!!
I don't care who they get it from as long as they have it.
Look at CafePress, they are making a killing on their shirts.

The difference is that this is your business
verse a group that just wants to spread the message of Ron Paul.
All they want to do is get supplies at the lowest price and
if it helps other groups then great.

The fact is, my occupation is something entirely different. I'm an occasional (and sometimes accidental) grassroots facilitator. I've put together an ad hoc team to do this activity because due to past grassroots experience I know how crucial it is to have affordable materials in bulk readily available. We do this at a razor thin margin, just enough to sustain the activity while being flexible enough to handle very large volumes. Everything we do is geared toward making quality items available at the lowest possible prices in bulk.

In larger quantities, no one can beat our prices. Where else can you find 18x24 two-color, two-sided Ron Paul corrugated plastic signs for under $2.00 in bulk including shipping?

The campaign has said that they will have SIGNS soon for the Meetup Groups.
Now this could mean sometime in August or September.
Of course, my group didn't want to wait.
We have a huge debate in St.Pete, Florida in Sept.
We want to build support NOW so more people come then.
Florida's goal is to have 2,000 people there.
And I hope that others are as excited as I am.
I have 3 sign wavings and a gun show this week.
Plus my orders for slim jims were a little slow to come.

Once the campaign has the signs, I will tell people to donate and get signs from the campaign.

Here is the reason why I don't think people/groups should wait to get stuff:
This is the Orlando group's sign waving from yesterday:

And yes the nice blue signs and some of the shirts came from RonPaulStuff.com

Take my advice. For anything other than bumper stickers, network locally first. You never know when you might find a member with a business willing to do printing or what not such that you only pay cost and that is their contribution.

The Clearwater Florida group got several hundred of our yard signs for less than $2 each (including shipping), and on time for the July 4th overnight -

DO what I did for the time being.. I bought 3 inkjet refills, and a 150 pack of 110lb copy paper and printed one side, then taped them together with free stakes I got at a lumber yard. Avg cost per sign 18 cents.

Do you have the shirts in stock?
How long before you get them?
You should get different styles of shirts.
They should also be front and back.
If they are one sided, it isn't nearly as effective.
And you should make them 2 sided.

Also what is your shipping time on 600 signs.
Let's say I placed the order today, when would I get them?

I would hope everyone on the forum thanks me for getting
this guy (Tom) to bring his prices down and setting up kits.

He still doesn't understand that
my group was never trying to compete with him.

And this is my problem with you, Tom.
You never said that you were wrong.

So I wonder if I place an order with you and then you
don't have something in stock.
How are you going to act?
Like what I see on this thread?
Excuses?

Don't you see that you could have NOT posted on this thread at all.
And made your calls to get your shirts and then posted on a whole new
thread with your better deals.

A person I want to do business with does it that way.

Austin:

I know it's great!!!

Not only are the prices lower now, but you can get everything with one shipping cost. And it seems that the kits are now small enough that most groups can get them. I just wish that all this could have happened a month ago when my group had to place all of our orders.

I don't care where you get your supplies, JUST GET THEM :-)
