Who did you vote for in the 2004 Presidential Election.

All major & third party candidates are listed. Minor parties like Gene Admonson, Earl Dodge, etc fall under "Other".

There are two choices for those who did not vote. One is that you were not of voting age. The other is if you were of voting age, but chose not to vote.

I can't believe Bush is the top choice. I voted for Kerry, NOT because I liked the guy, but purely as an anti-Bush vote.

Why wouldn't Bush be the top choice. Paul is running for the GOP nomination. The whole point of winning the nomination is convincing Republicans that you are best candidate. No one has every one the nomination by realying on non-Republicans to change registration and take him to the top.

But, if you really look at the results Bush is not the top choice. Out of the 56 that were eligible to vote in '04 only 22 voted for Bush. So at this point the top choice is really "someone other than Bush or not at all". I'd still like to get a larger sample though to really get a better idea of where Paul's support came from, where it goes if he drops out or goes third part, and whether or not it will have any effect.

I did not vote in 2004.. I voted Bush in 2000 but in 2004 I did not want either to be president so I stayed home.

I would have voted for Bush if I was 18.

I lived in Pennsylvania and wanted so badly to vote for Nader but hated Bush so much I just had to pull the lever for that d-bag Kerry (say what you will about his politics - he has a face that would be awesome to chisel onto Mt. Rushmore)

So I did a vote swap with a New York Kerry supporter. He voted for Nader for me in NY and I voted for Kerry for him in PA.
