What books would you guys recommend to better understand our monetary system, economics, and just basically the logic behind ron pauls ideas. This way I can better equipp myself in arguments :)

And it is a fantastic book -- maybe changed the way I look at the world more than anything else I've ever read.

I guess that depends on what books interest you.
"Road to Serfdom" by Friedrich August Hayek comes to mind. Human Action by Ludwig von Mises does as well...
