Check out this California ballot. Ron Paul at the bottom of the list of candidates. Should have been alphabetical to be fair imo.

Well we've got our share of first place ballot positions :) And if you can't be at the top might as well be at the bottom :)

Sometimes the bottom of the ballot is the most important place. In terms of advertising, you always want to have the bottom line at the bottom because it stays in someone's mind longer.

I think it's randomly chosen. No worries.

The order is random. In my CA ballot he's near the middle.

Just kinda funny how McCain is the supposed "front runner" and he is at the top. I am not saying it was done on purpose. Just a weird coincidence.

I believe they switch it around randomly for each district. Here's my CA absentee ballot.

Ron is number 2 on the absentee ballot in Northern California~~

I would show a picture, but of course its already been sent in of course!!!

Got my SAMPLE BALLOT in the mail this weekend.

I did not see Ron Paul on the ballot for California. what gives? will he be on the offical ballot for 2012?

He won't be on the ballot. We expect him to be a certified write in candidate, however those aren't certified until 10/28. People who want to vote for him will have to write him in.
