Notice it says that campaign representatives are allowed to observe the recount and challenge any ballots they believe to be questionable. I would suggest the RP campaign make sure they have someone there.

Is it a central recount? There is fear ballots will be swapped/modified to match before they make it to the location of the central count.

Exactly, plenty of time to match the machine results to the paper ballots. I hope that's not the case.

Weeks? McCain was projected the winner 10 minutes after polls closed!!!
