Harry Browne had these ads and infomercial produced for his 2000 LP Presidential run. He did it all for less that $100,000 by a professional production company called Polaris Productions. Harry only got something like 1.5 million in donations for the entire campaign.

It starts with his 5 sixty second commercials then goes into a 25 minute informercial.

Can we get HQ to produce at least these quality of commercials?

I LOVE the first one!

Exactly.
Gets right to the point.
Lets people know what they will get in return for their vote.
Made for very little expense.

Loved the ads. The infomercial seemed way too scripted though, I like Ron's infomercial better.

I didn't like the "Rosemary's Baby" commercial, but the others ones were great. Very concise way to communicate the message. That is one area Dr. Paul could improve.

A lot of others didn't like that one either. You have to admit though, it gets your attention. And that is all that matters in this game.

Ads, mean nothing with out people on the ground spreading the word. I may have only been in high school at the time but that doesn't change the fact that I never heard of the guy until 6 years after the election. This may indeed be Ron's biggest problem aside from people trying to dismiss him as crazy.

I remember that IRS one, that's great, but now that I look at it, it looks cheesy. Not the message itself, but the production of it. I think we could build on those commercials and make better ones.

You need both. The reason you didn't see these ads is because Harry didn't have enough money to run them nationally.

How can Harry Browne have put together such polished ads with such high production value on a shoe string and the RP campaign puts out total schlock in comparison with $20M in thier war chest? I really liked Harry and I am sad he is gone. He could really be persuasive on the stump but running ona third party ticket simply was not viable at the time.

Probably still not viable. He was very elequent. We lost a national treasure with his passing.

Dr. Paul actually read a memorial to Harry Browne in the House of Representatives the day he died.

I wander who will be watching today's commercials and other videos about the movement in 8 years.
What kind of country will it be by then...

Some of these ads are actually pretty good. I like the batered voter syndrome and I espically like what happens to the IRS building. :D:D

RP needs to adopt some of these ads.

He just needs to say the same things. All the storyboard is already set up. I'm sure Harry wouldn't mind. :D
