I am now a believer in door to door. Today (12/22) was my first day, and oh boy, I wish I'd started sooner. It was suprisingly easy too, and I've never done this before; I'm not a salesman. It is also the MOST rewarding to get the word out. So many people out there will support Ron Paul and had NO PLANS to vote in the primary. GET OUT THERE PEOPLE. We have the NUMBERS. If every Ron Paul supporter who's active on the internet went out and did a few dozen homes, it will be a SLAM DUNK in the primaries.

Here is what Mike and I have been doing, and its working. BUT WE NEED HELP - BOOTS ON THE GROUND! I type in precincts near mine and find someone who has been flagged as "contact to be a delegate". Then I call or go to their house. I convince them to be a delegate and offer to walk their precinct if they cannot. I found a few that have been waiting to be nudged a little, that were waiting for the campaign to call them. Or they are shy. Tonight I found a couple. I am meeting one woman in 6431 Wed afternoon and we will walk together. I will give her all supplies she needs. She is very enthusiastic, just needed some help getting started.

We precinct walked two entire precincts in two days over the weekend. If the precinct captains for Ron Paul do their follow up work, we will sweep all delegate positions from both of those precincts.

Couldn't agree more.

Last weekend I helped hand out 1500 slims in two precincts that at the time had no known RP supporters in. I'm doing the same this weekend.

Then next week I'm am canvassing my own precinct with slims (my order of 1000 will arrive next Tuesday).
