The campaign should be paying to have this guy traveling with Paul in South Carolina.

I'm very concerned that this racist thing is doing severe damage to our candidate. Somewhere out there is the person who actually wrote those newsletters. That person needs to come forward and admit that Dr.Paul was not involved. Somebody knows who did this. Please encourage the ghostwriter to come forward and take full responsibility.

There is no way that those were the views of Dr.Paul. I just think that who ever wrote those letters many years ago is possibly a Ron Paul supporter today. It would a great benefit to the campaign to fully put this issue behind us. Rumors of racism will kill us at the ballot box. Somebody knows something and they need to speak up now before anymore damage is done.

I would personally take a bullet for Dr.Paul. The person who wrote that stuff could at least take responsibility. Very few blacks will vote for Dr.Paul if we don't fix this and that is very sad. Dr.Paul could do more to help black families and bring prosperity to black people than any other candidate. If people think he is racist, then they will not listen to even one word he says, and we will lose an important battle for freedom of the individual.

I too wish the person who wrote those articles would own up, take the public bashing then go away again. But it's not important what they do in the long run. Ron didn't write those articles, has 30yrs of writing/speeches arguing the exact opposite and nobody can find a single thing he wrote that said anything racist.

He should have kept a closer eye on that newsletter. If that's the worst the media can come up with, we're sittng pretty.
