I want to preface this post by saying, during Bill Clinton's term in office, I was not at all interested in politics until the last year or so of it, so I don't know many facts about what went on during it. I do know that he at least brought welfare reform, and he did a half-decent job of keeping spending from going too out of control.
On the other hand, Bush has been anything but conservative--increasing spending to unbelievable levels, destroying our constitutional rights, and even increasing the size and scope of medicare significantly.
So, between Democrat Bill Clinton, and Republican George W. Bush, which one do you think was actually "more" conservative?
