Why do the threads here say "Issue: <tag>: <item>"?

The thread naming convention for this sub-forum is used to allow for topics of interest to be found in a grouped fashion. This can be done simply by going to the thread listing here:
http://www.ronpaulforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=24

and in the red title bar near the top select the "Thread" word (which is at the left just next to "Thread Starter"). Doing this will put all the topics in alphabetical order and hence listen in their group.
