Is it me or does Romney talk like a 16 year old?

I've just figured out why I always feel confused when I listen to Romney talk. He talks like a 16 year old girl. He turns every answer upright as though he's not giving an answer but asking a question. Older people just don't do this.

Is this because he watched too much TV or does he writers teach him how to relate to people?

Has anyone else noticed this?
