Since I don't think the official campaign will do it

ATTACK!

I doubt the campaign will go negative, and if someone anonymous was doing it, then they don't have to get their hands dirty.

"Attack ads" might be a little strong, but I definitely favor informative, educational ads about the opposition.

Example: RP support ad showing McCain saying that the US being in Iraq for 100 years is fine.

Example: RP support ad showing McCain saying that RP is the most honest person in Congress. (This happened several years ago, but I don't know if there is a video showing it . . .)

Create the ads? I would highly recomment Aravoth, eLib3rty or GHoeberX ("Land of the Free"). All three have made phenomenal videos!

GO GET 'IM!!!!

If you want to go the attack route which might actually not be a bad idea you need to form issue pacs vs candidate pacs.
Say a pro-gun owners pac, an anti-tax pac, a pro constitution pac, a pro-life pac etc...

I recommend against phone calls. They got out of hand in New Hampshire.

Definitely need to step up and go on offense. We don't have to overdo it but we can do something similar to the Huckabee attack where we compared RP and him with taxation. Ron Paul talking about McCains dangerous 100 year war comment was great we need more of that. Also Support Ads of RP of course.

I am determined that the best way to address these recent smears against Dr. Paul is with a frontal assault. He is, by far, the best candidate, from either party, on issues of special concern to black voters. He needs to take advantage of the opportunity that this attack provides, and the great venue that SC provides, to address this issue once and for all. Here's how:

Dr. needs to hold a debate in SC on the issues of immigration, the drug war, the war on terror, the IRS, and the death penalty. These are all issues with a disparate impact on black Americans. He should invite all GOP presidential candidates, including Duncan Hunter and Alan Keyes (even if Alan Keyes was the only other candidate to accept, it still works well for Dr. Paul). I suspect that a friendly moderator could be located (this gentleman would be my choice: http://youtube.com/watch?v=7ji_Ft23BDw&feature=related), and a local station would probably broadcast it, prior to the SC primary, even if the timeslot isn't exactly primetime. This is his best answer to the matter, and will turn a negative into a positive. This should be started immediately.

Other:

We need well placed ads that will show the viewer how a Paul Presidency would would impact their lives. After all it is always about the individual and what they want.

Some examples

Racism = ad that has this picture http://www.ronpaulwarroom.com/?p=1203
(Will some one please post this pic, I don't know how) Real racism is the war on drugs: I will pardon all convicted of non-violent drug offenses.

IRS: I will pardon all convicted of IRS offenses.

gas prices: Specifically what he would do to get them lower fast

They attack no one. The drug war one will definitely get the black vote.

Dont like attack ads but these jokers need to be brought down for the schills they are. Used youtube videos found here about the other candidates backgrounds and have had more sucess than with some Ron Paul videos.

Had success with:

Romney...hes so good looking and a great businessman! Answer: Hes a gun grabber. Also he debated with T. Kennedy who is more liberal. Any 2nd amendment supporter will drop him like a hot coal. Guiliani: Gun grabber, cross dresser, mafia ties, NY firemen hate his guts.

Huckabee: www.taxhikemike.org Raised more taxes than Bill Clinton.

McCain: Amnesty for all illegals, buddy buddy with Ted Kennedy. For carbon tax.

Thompsen: Lobbyist for torturer ex president of Haiti, lobbyied for asbestoes companies not to pay damages to victims, lobbyied for Libyian Terrorists when other law firms refused to represent them.

Eliminate the fools and Ron will look better on every issue and win by default. The intelligent people that "get it" dont need convincing. For the masses that look at form and style over substance we need to give them something sour to chew on. A lot of people dont look up or know thier own candidates like we do.

Boy, Ron Paul sure hates those black people don't he?

As far as attacking goes, attack Giuliani on civil liberties, I mean it. This is some serious shit no one is getting into, but his record is absolutely deplorable on civil rights, it's also incredibly anti-union. He even said electronic surveillance is "good" in one of the debates. Go after Huckabee on his economic policy, since he's basically a socialist.

Mitt Romney, just point out his constant flip-flopping and compare his health care program to Hillary's as well as citing his use of fee hikes to gain revenue as opposed to tax hikes. In particular bring up the 63% increase in state tuition. Leave Thompson alone there really isn't anything on him.

With McCain it would be great to have a bunch of statements from him alongside Bush. You know, him agreeing with Bush on a large variety of issues so people can understand he's not much different from Bush in the grand scheme of things.
